1. 5. Should a ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ซ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ pay the assessment of fees and will claim the TOR, a ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง must be presented together with ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ (๐๐จ๐ญ๐ก ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐), ๐จ๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ, and ๐๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ฆ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐.
